◎简　　介

供职于建筑公司并梦想建造一座美术馆的赤木直子（桐谷美玲饰），个性坚决且强势的服装店店员青田美佳（藤井美菜饰），同时打着几份工的的黄川田由里（高畑充希饰），夜以继日投身于排练表演的剧团成员绿川佳乃子（有村架纯饰）和令周围人羡慕嫉妒恨的白富美贵小姐绀野菫（山本美月饰），这五个没有任何交集且身处不同环境和阶层的女孩子，因为某个伟大的使命和奇怪的理由而走到了一起。怪怪怪的司令官查尔斯（佐藤二朗饰）将她们召集在一起，组成了五人的女子英雄战队，前去对抗企图征服世界的邪恶怪人。

女孩们懵懵懂懂，莫名其妙地穿上了赤、蓝、黄、绿、紫等代表各自颜色的战服。当她们团结一心时，可以使出横扫一切的无敌必杀技“女子龙卷风”。怪人接二连三出现，战斗不断升级。不过女孩子家家总有些麻烦问题，工作、恋爱、美容、八卦缺一不可，女孩们东跑西颠，左右逢迎，总也无法组成完备的阵容。这样一支缺乏斗志、觉悟甚至正义感的柔弱娘子军，能否承担起维护世界和平的重任吗？
